The dual-channel trick

What to look for in a TTS tool if you have ADHD
Not all text-to-speech tools work equally well for ADHD. Some features are non-negotiable.
Paragraph highlighting — not just a voice reading into the void. Your eyes need an anchor. If the tool doesn't visually track where the audio is, your attention will detach from the page within a minute, guaranteed. Word-level or paragraph-level highlighting keeps the visual and auditory channels synchronized.
Good extraction — meaning the tool pulls out the actual article and ignores the navigation bars, ads, cookie popups, related article widgets, and sidebar garbage. The shame question
