This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Enid Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of the CastReader software family, including computer software, web and mobile applications, electronic documentation, and printed materials (collectively, the "Service" or "Product").
By installing, copying, accessing online, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, run, or otherwise use the Service.
When subscribing to or purchasing a CastReader product, Enid Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable worldwide license to access and use the Product subject to the following restrictions:

We strongly recommend that all customers "try before you buy." You can evaluate our services via the free versions available on our website: https://www.castreader.ai.
You can cancel the auto-renewal for your subscription at any time through your account’s Billing Information/Settings. If you cancel, your paid access will continue to be active until the end of your current billing cycle.

While Enid Ltd owns the underlying technology of the Product, you own all content and information conveyed or transmitted via the Product (the "Content").
You represent that you have all rights to distribute such Content and agree to do so solely for lawful purposes. You expressly agree not to transmit any Content that:
All title and copyrights in and to the Product (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs, animation, video, audio, music, text, and “applets” incorporated into the Product) are owned by Enid Ltd. The Product is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
The Product is provided “AS IS”.
Enid Ltd and third-party providers disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Enid Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this Product, even if Enid Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Enid Ltd’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall not exceed the price paid for the Product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of damages or limitations of liability, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. Your specific rights may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
