We just open-sourced our reasoning model. 500B parameters, trained on 15T tokens. It scores 92% on MATH, 89% on HumanEval, and 94% on MMLU. Weights and training code are on GitHub.
The key insight: we found that scaling chain-of-thought data matters more than raw model size. A 70B model with better reasoning traces outperforms a 500B model trained the old way. We are releasing the dataset too.
